Montréal during summer time
During these last two years, with all that happened during the COVID, I had kind of "dislike" for the city of Montreal. I missed my family, I didn't agree with the way the Quebec government was dealing with the crisis, in short, I didn't have as much affection for the city of Montreal as I used to.
This illustration is an introspection on what made me love this city so much, what made me fall in love with Montreal. One of the reasons: its luxuriant nature in the summer, the plants climbing everywhere and invading everything, and this vibe of tranquility, of well-being that one can feel, even though living in the middle of the city.
